Ice Cream Muffins
- 1 cup ice cream softened
- 1 cup self rising flour
- Combine soft ice cream and flour. grease 6 muffin tins or use paper muffin cups. Fill each cup 3/4 full, smooth tops, bake in 425 degree oven 12-15 minutes or until brown.
